The Menu: At the Stockyard we take great pride in the quality of our food. All of our beef cuts are hand selected, and are either certified prime-grade or are in the top 10% of the choice grade from the finest corn-fed, local and Midwestern beef. Our beef is aged to ensure top quality flavor and texture. Our entrees are prepared with the freshest and finest ingredients locally sourced, including our signature Lobster Casserole.
