The Tavern Room showcases the authenticity of the Stockyard’s classic atmosphere. High canopied ceilings with deep rich paneled wood with warm inviting brick walls, is accentuated by open windows and three chandeliers. A wood-burning fireplace centers the room, for added warmth and luxury. The Tavern Room bar is not only beautiful and fully stocked, it is a classic in itself. The bar once belonged to the infamous Chicago gangster, Al Capone, and was purchased by the Stockyard in the late 1970s. This room can accommodate parties 20 to 85 people for private dining and up to 100 for a standing reception.
